What is the cost to hire a band?
Contact Melody Nights to get a free quote - the price depends on the style of band, location, availability and set list to nane just a few.

How long is the performance?
The performance is anything from 45 minutes to 3 hours with intervals. Each event is unique and a Melody Nights booking agent will discuss the set length, song selection and duration with you before you sign off the booking form.

How long in advance of the event can I make a booking ?
Up to 12 months is advance. Our booking agent will talk you through the process. Melody Nights will take a deposit from you to lock in the dates you requested. That way no other client can book the same band on that date.

Do you have links on your website so I can choose a band?
We have a large offline database of artists, musicians and bands catering for all music styles and genre. Firstly, send us your event brief using the 0nline booking enquiry form. A Melody Nights booking agent will then reply with 3 or 4 options, including videos, client testamonials and breakdown of costs.

Do I pay for the band in advance?
Yes, we first take a deposit once the dates are finalised to prevent another client from duplicating the booking. You will then settle the balance within 14 days of the peformance by making a payment to Melody Nights. We pay out to the artist after the performance has taken place.

How much does it cost to book a famous musician or Celebrity name?
Normally, there is NO fixed fee as it depends on the artist availability, time of year and location of the performance. The first step is to contact us with further details about your plans. Our direct relationships with artist management will help us to secure the artist on your behalf, at the most competitive fee.
